We are looking for an experienced Fraud Team Leader with a passion for leading and motivating a team support our key client within the financial service sector on a remote basis. You will be managing a team providing telephone support to customer with fraud queries and escalations. 

This is a fully remote role, and you will be required to work 40 hours per week, working a condensed 4 day working week shift pattern of 4 days on and 4 days off. 

Shift Pattern example:
  • Week 1 – 8am – 7pm - Monday to Thursday
  • Week 2 – 10am – 9pm – Tuesday to Friday
  • Week 3 – 8am – 7pm – Wednesday to Saturday
  • Week 4 – 10am – 9pm – Thursday to Sunday
  • Week 5 – 8am - 7pm – Friday to Monday

Shifts will be provided in advance and this role offers home working within the UK. 

Hands on training will be provided for the first few weeks so you will be confident with systems and providing an exceptional service. 

You will benefit from remote working, pensions contributions and holiday pay on this fixed term contract. 

Full training would be provided to help you settle into the systems and the role. 

As Fraud Team Leader you will:
  • Undertake performance management for the team
  • Review and take ownership for work allocation
  • Motivating and providing day to day support and guidance
  • Customer escalation handling if required
  • Support and be the main conduit from the case handling team into the clients SMEs.
  • Spotting potential complex queries / complaints and escalating where required.
To be a successful Fraud Team Leader, you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Strong managerial background within the Financial Services sectors ideally within a complaints department
  • Excellent communication skills, to include fluent English both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Numerate, analytical with excellent IT systems orientation including knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Flexible and dedicated with the desire to succeed.
