ServiceNow Functional Analyst / Scrum Master

Remote role

Umbrella / £450 per day

Sanderson is currently working with a business who require a ServiceNow SME with good functional skills and experience of Agile Methodologies to oversee and guide the ServiceNow Development team and run daily Scrum meetings / Stand Ups.

In depth knowledge of ServiceNow Platform in particular Employee Centre, Finance and Procurement
Good knowledge of Agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
A professional qualification as a Scrum Master (e.g.,Scrum.org's Professional Scrum Master certification (Level I, Level II, Level III)
Experience of sizing technical projects related to Service Now
Experience of developing workflows and processes into Service Now
Experience of Process and Customer Journey mapping
Experience of engaging authoritatively and effectively with internal colleagues and external suppliers
Strong analysis and problem-solving abilities
