Gas Engineer / Heating Engineerwith experience in fault finding and breakdowns, as well as being able to work on your own initiative is required for well-established company based in Croydon, South London.

SALARY: £44,000 - £65,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Overtime + Benefits

LOCATION: You must reside in South East London, Bromley, Croydon or Dartford

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 17:00

KEY REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate MUST hold a Full UK driving licence.

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Gas Engineer / Heating Engineer with experience in fault finding and breakdowns, as well as being able to work on your own initiative.

Working as the Gas Engineer / Heating Engineer you will be carrying boiler and central heating repairs, fault-finding, gas safety inspections, maintenance and preventative measure servicing in private properties. You'll need to work on your own initiative, managing your own customer communications, jobs, reports, diary and liaisons.

As the Gas Engineer / Heating Engineer you would of likely worked in a lead engineer role within an existing workforce with a passion for fault-finding.

DUTIES

Your duties as a Gas Engineer / Heating Engineer will include:

• Fault finding, diagnostics and component repair/replacement; Boiler, system, gas appliances and plumbing 40%

• Servicing; preventative measure boiler servicing 40%

• Gas safety certificates, inspections 20%

• 6 jobs per day

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Reside in SE London, Bromley, Croydon or Dartford

• ACS: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1

• Experienced working with the following boilers manufacturers; Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Viessman, Baxi, Ideal Boilers, Gloworm, Potterton, Alpha, Ferroli, Biasi, etc

• Able to use a multi-meter

• Full UK driving licence

• Own tools
