Based in Ringwood, my client is looking to recruit a German Speaking Customer Experience Consultant to join the established team to work remotely. You will be required to go into the office in Ringwood around 3 times per year for client visits or training.

You must be able to speak and write fluently in both English and German.

Main Duties

  • To deliver excellent customer service in all aspects of supporting the groups customers over the phone and in writing
  • To answer the phone promptly and professionally when required
  • To respond to emails promptly and professionally.
  • To work closely with the Team Leader to ensure client expectations are met
  • To present our clients in a professional manner at all times, whether in person, by phone or in writing.
  • To continually look for ways to improve performance.
  • To be well organised, professional and reliable.
  • To work flexibly between the hours of 8am and 8pm, Monday - Saturday.
  • To demonstrate a willingness to learn and have fun at work!

The successful candidate will need to pass a financial and criminal record check.

Salary: £24,960 per annum plus bonus

Hours: 40 hours over Monday to Saturday

Weekday Shifts: 8:00-16:30, 09:00 - 17:30 or 11:30 - 20:00
Saturday: 8 hours shift between 08:00-20:00

Location: Home based with approximately 3 visits a year to Ringwood.
