You are passionate about luxury and top-notch service? You have a flair for selling and organising luxury travel? Here is an amazing opportunity to work for a leading luxury travel and leisure company, based in Central London. We are recruiting on their behalf for a German-speaking Travel Complaint Specialist to work on a hybrid or remote basis.

You will be assisting their high-end members with luxury travel-related requests. Requests will be received via telephone or email which will then be, acknowledged, researched & actioned in a timely manner as agreed with the Member. You will also be creating tailor-made travel and leisure packages to suit you clients needs and wants.

Fluent German to a native/bilingual level is essential for this role and great interpersonal skills and the ability to work both in a team and independently are desirable. You will have had previous experience working within the travel industry and dealing with top tier customers. Experience in GDS or exposure to 5 star booking systems is essential! You also have had experience managing or supervising a team for at least 3 year.
