Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Experience working in a Global remit
- Nurture a positive working environment through effective employee relations strategies.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the company.
- Promote corporate values and shape a positive culture.
- Manage the compliance process.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Profile
A successful Global HRBP should have:
- Proven work experience as Head of HR or similar role in the Technology industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development etc.).
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and HR software.
- Full understanding of the way an organisation operates to meet its objectives.
- Excellent people management skills and an ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders.
- Relevant certification in Human Resources.
