Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing and highly successful Global Investment Managers who are looking for a confident and dynamic Global Mobility specialist to lead their evolving mobility function, based out of the stunning London offices (hybrid working).

  • Managing global mobility and immigration cases globally, both into and out of the UK, working with external vendors and specialists (Immigration, Tax etc.) in other countries
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and hiring managers to help and advise them through the mobility process
  • Manage the visa and immigration process for all inbound and outbound assignees
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams to build and communicate international opportunities to employees
  • Work with external immigration advisers to review applications and ensure immigration compliance
  • Monitor and coordinate the Global Mobility cases
  • Support the mobility activities ensuring global alignment of best practices and policy
  • Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed and supported

Ideal candidates will have at least 4-5 years' experience gained inhouse as part of a busy Global Mobility team and be highly knowledgeable with regards to immigration. Experience gained in rapidly evolving, or "hyper-growth" environment would be highly beneficial.
