Job Title: Global Payroll Specialist
Location: London 
Salary: £50,000 (fantastic package on top)
Working Structure: Hybrid

JGA has partnered with a prominent financial services organisation in search of a Payroll Officer proficient in expatriate/modified/shadow payrolls.

To excel in this role, you will have extensive experience in expatriate, modified, and shadow payrolls. Ideally, you would have prior experience in a fast-paced setting with robust reconciliation abilities.

What you'll do:
  • Aid in various payroll tasks including reconciliation, data input, compiling payroll metrics, maintaining payroll records, and computing payrolls.
  • High volume processing (1000+).
  • Handle inquiries from Finance and HR departments.
  • Address employee queries promptly.
  • Manage communications with HMRC/DWP.
  • Administer the HR/Payroll System and maintain updates on the Assessa P11D system.
  • Collaborate with the Benefits Team to ensure seamless benefits processing through payroll.
  • Assist in configuring and managing monthly Management Information reports.
