Our client is a Food products supplier specialising in ingredients based in Harrogate. 

Hours: Full time Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm (Flexibility) 

Pay: £12.40 per hour

Temporary position with potential to go permanent. 

Role Overview: Essential role within warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient handling and storage of goods. This position involves operating reach trucks to move products or materials to designated areas, either for storage or shipment preparation. By maintaining safety and accuracy, the operator contributes significantly to the smooth running of the supply chain.

Responsibilities: 

  • Move products or materials within the warehouse.
  • Transporting items from receiving areas to storage locations, as well as retrieving them for order fulfilment or shipping.
  • Using established protocols to prevent accidents, such as maintaining proper load balance, avoiding collisions, and using safety harnesses when working at heights.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Using SAP software.
  • Organising pallets and maximizing available storage space.

Applicants must have:

  • FLT Driver licence, counterbalance or Reach.
  • Previous Warehouse experience
  • Access to transport
