Opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary building consultancy based in central Essex within their established Building Surveying team. Led by a highly experienced Partner, you will work alongside experienced Building Surveyors including those currently going through the APC process, providing an excellent peer network. The organisation has an excellent reputation for delivering high quality projects and have a wide range of clients providing variety and an excellent opportunity to develop your career. You will be exposed to a wide variety of projects such as residential, commercial, listed buildings and heritage, ecclesiastical and conservation.


Your new role
As the Graduate Building Surveyor you will be involved with a wide range of duties in order to develop your experience and knowledge. This will include project management and contract administration as well as Party Wall matters and dilapidations. As part of the role, you will receive full APC training and support, including in-house mentors, to enable you to gain your chartered status and develop your career. Once you have achieved MRICS status, on-going CPD is offered to ensure your career continues to develop.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you should have an RICS accredited Building Surveying degree and live within a commutable distance of central Essex. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for this role.
