Full-Time, Permanent Position in Birmingham City Centre.

A national law firm is looking for a highly driven and professional individual to join their organisation as a team assistant. Have you recently graduated? This could be a great opportunity to get into the legal sector and develop your professional skills, knowledge and capabilities. The successful candidate will need to have a pro-active approach to their work, with the ability to work as part of a team and independently.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role shall include:

Supporting relevant staff members.

High quality document production.

Producing Excel reports.

Typing, printing, scanning and filing documents and emails.

Updating and maintaining the filing system.

The successful candidate will poses the following skills and attributes:

A pro-active approach to work.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent writing skills.

Strong IT skills and knowledge, including the use of Microsoft Office products.

Excellent secretarial skills, such as fast, accurate typing.

Attention to detail focused.
