As a Graduate Supply Chain Engineer you will play a vital role in creating solutions for our customers, driving growth and innovation.

No matter where your passion lies, we have an opportunity tailored for you as a Supply Chain Engineer across multiple disciplines:
  • Project Management: Are you passionate about driving change and delivering results? As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the direction, coordination, and execution of business-driven projects, ensuring adherence to Unipart's Project Delivery System methodology. From small-scale initiatives to major programmes, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting customer service, business development, and IT projects.
  • Solutions Design: Or maybe Solutions Design is more your thing? This team is focused on designing innovative solutions for our customers and you'll work on projects involving mathematical models, algorithms, and simulation techniques to support them. You'll contribute creatively, independently undertaking tasks from data analysis to detailed costings, and supporting senior management with proposals and presentations.
  • Automation and Innovation: Are you passionate about technology and automation? Here you'll leverage your expertise to deliver cutting-edge automation projects. From Autonomous Mobile Robots to Collaborative Robots, you'll drive innovation and develop business cases that deliver value for Unipart and its customers. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, you'll lead the charge in driving change and improving processes.
  • Operations Excellence: Or perhaps you'll join us in challenging the status quo and enhancing operational performance. As an Operations Excellence Manager, you'll lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and innovation. Through the application of tools and techniques, you'll drive tangible financial savings and promote a culture of excellence across Unipart Logistics.
About you:

To thrive in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in a relevant Supply Chain, Logistics or Maths-based subject (2:2 or above)
  • A full UK driving license with access to your own car
  • To be hard working with the flexibility to go where the business needs you
  • Project management capability and a genuine interest in automation
  • To work effectively under pressure and independently, taking accountability for your work at all times
  • A real thirst for knowledge, willingness to learn and desire to challenge the status quo
  • The ability to understand and interpret data
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills

Salary: £29,000 p/a
