Group Corporate Tax Manager

The role will touch on direct tax, transfer pricing, tax strategy, tax risk management, compliance and advisory aspects and be involved with a close-knit team.

Your new role
You will

• Ensure that all group businesses comply with local tax requirements
• Assist with group transfer pricing, including benchmarking and documentation
• Manage the preparation of UK subsidiaries' corporation tax returns
• Provide practical and technical advice to divisional finance teams and overseas branches/subsidiaries on how to structure business initiatives.
• Work with other specialist teams as necessary, providing tax input to acquisitions, disposals, or restructuring of group businesses and more
• Manage the group's monthly and annual tax reporting cycle
• Investigate and implement process improvements as needed
• Assist in monitoring global tax risk, mitigating and managing tax issues
• Assist in implementing Group Tax strategy

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified tax professional, preferably with the CTA qualification, possessing excellent verbal and oral communication skills. You will be an expert in UK and International Direct Taxes

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary dependent on experience up to £85,000. A 10% bonus is on offer, along with 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, flexible working, hybrid working of two days in the office and a 35-hour working week. More details on application.
