The Role

My client is seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager to join their innovative marketing team. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across digital channels. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in data-driven marketing to fuel our company's growth and expand our global reach.

Responsabilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize performance across digital channels, including paid media, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to optimize conversion rates and improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and analytics teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Analyze key metrics and provide regular reporting on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in growth marketing, with a track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid media, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
