As a Hair & Beauty Specialist, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer experiences within the luxury beauty industry. Working in a high-end retail environment, your focus will be on providing personalized service to clients, demonstrating expert knowledge of hair and beauty products, and achieving sales targets. Your role will be instrumental in representing the brand and ensuring customers receive expert guidance in selecting the perfect beauty products. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement:
  • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized service tailored to their preferences and requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on hair and beauty products, including styles, ingredients, and current trends, to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and releases in the hair and beauty industry.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of various luxury hair and beauty brands, product ingredients, and benefits.
  • Effectively communicate the unique features and advantages of each product to customers.
Sales and Targets:
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling hair and beauty products.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling, to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the product range to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Customer Service:
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and cohesive working environment.
  • Share knowledge and insights with colleagues to enhance overall team performance.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in luxury retail sales, particularly within the hair and beauty sector, is desirable.
  • Strong passion for and knowledge of luxury hair and beauty brands and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional shopping experiences.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Offering:
  • Competitive hourly rate ranging from £13.50 to £15 per hour, depending on experience (up to £15 per hour on Sundays / up to £20 per hour on bank holidays), plus holiday pay and pension contributions.
  • Weekly or monthly pay methods, with immediate start and flexible hours per week.
