Your new role
This role will be pivotal in providing strategic and financial guidance to the CEO. Your role will include:

- Overseeing the production of various financial statements
- Operational KPI reporting
- Audit and risk management
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory compliance
- Working closely with the CEO to develop a financial strategy
- Support with investment decisions
- Financial modelling for potential investments including review of risks and opportunities to provide expert advice
- Transaction and deal management
- Build strong working relationships internally and externally

What you'll need to succeed
This role will be suited to a Qualified Accountant who has considerable experience working within the Real Estate investment and development sector. You will be experienced with investment and transaction management and able to demonstrate recent experience of leading a finance department. You will be a lateral-thinker with an ambitious mindset and the ability to work well independently as well as within teams.
