Are you experienced Operations Manager? Do you have extensive experience Leading production, supply chain and manufacturing project teams efficiently? If so, we are working with a client who are global manufacturing business designing and developing cutting edge safety systems for a range of high risk environments. They are looking for a Operations Manager to manage operational best practices, driving technology and maximising the potential of the business.

Operations Manager
Job Description
  • Create and implement operational best practice vision, strategy, processes and procedures to lead and improve the operational performance.
  • Ensuring Production Targets are achieved
  • Manage and lead the team, ensuring adequate staffing levels, training, development, attendance, disciplinary issues and daily supervision to maximise efficient productivity
  • Oversee achieving annual operational budgets and forecast proposals
  • Ensure that the production facility operates in accordance with Health & Safety and environmental policies

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Operations management experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong people management skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment, to coordinate project teams and subject matter experts in delivering to project plans
