Head Supply Chain

We are looking for a Head of Supply Chain with a strong retail background, who is an accomplished relationship builder and stakeholder manager. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including forecasting, planning, and ensuring the efficient movement of over 250 SKUs of travel accessories. This role is crucial for maintaining cost-effectiveness and security in the supply chain, spanning both direct and retail channels.

• Develop, implement, and monitor stock budgets in alignment with company objectives and financial targets.
• Manage and optimise purchasing activities in the Far East region, including pricing negotiation in line with yearly forecasts and supply chain coordination.
• Implement inventory control strategies to optimise inventory levels, minimise stockouts, and reduce excess inventory while ensuring product availability.
• Utilise data analysis and market insights for forecasting demand, planning product assortments, and making informed decisions to maximise sales and minimise inventory risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales and product development to align merchandising strategies with overall business objectives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Supply Chain team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Previous experience in senior roles within merchandising, procurement, or related fields, with a proven track record in stock management, budgeting, supplier management, and international purchasing.
• Strong analytical abilities with high proficiency in data analysis tools like Tableau and global ERP systems, as well as expertise in Excel and Excel modelling.
• Leadership experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team of 5+ to achieve goals and drive performance.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the retail or supplier industry.
