Helpdesk Administrator

Our client is a leading property maintenance company in the heart of Bristol and they are seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Administrator to become a valued member of their housing department.

As a Helpdesk Administrator, you'll play a vital role, ensuring smooth scheduling and coordination of maintenance works within their community. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management for remote trades teams, scheduling appointments with tenants in accordance with schedule of rates
  • Maintaining accurate information to track work progress.
  • Building strong relationships with engineers and providing timely responses to inquiries.
  • Processing work orders to meet client expectations and internal processes.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service via phone calls and emails.
  • Fostering a collaborative environment through clear communication within the team.
  • Utilising problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively.

What We're Looking For:

  • IT literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative mind-set and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in social housing and scheduling with NHF SOR codes.

Schedule:

Full-time, permanent position with no weekend shifts.

Day shift (Monday to Friday).

Salary: Starting from £26,000 per year, based on relevant experience.
