Position Details:



•    Role: History Teacher

•    Contract Type: Temp with the option of temp to perm 

•    Start Date: (September 2024)

•    Salary: Competitive, in line with MPS/UPS scales

•    Location: Birmingham

Responsibilities: As a History Teacher, you will:



•    Deliver engaging history lessons to students across Key stage 3&4

•    Cultivate critical thinking and analytical skills through historical exploration.

•    Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

•    Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the history curriculum.

•    Participate in extracurricular activities, such as historical societies and field trips.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:



•    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

•    A passion for history and a commitment to student success.

•    Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

•    The ability to inspire and motivate learners.
