Job Title: Hospitality Lead

Job Overview: BramahHR are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to fill the role of Hospitality Lead at [Company Name]. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Run the café operations with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences for all customers and guests.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for both team members and visitors.
  • Uphold stringent standards in service, food safety, and hygiene, training the team accordingly.

  • Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement within the team by celebrating successes and learning from critiques.
  • Effectively manage team members, ensuring they are in the right positions, at the right times, and adhering to expected standards of behaviour.
  • Collaborate with the Hospitality Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancement.
  • Foster a passion for service, great food, and fun among team members.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is advantageous.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
