What an incredible opportunity for a first step into a Human Resources role . This role is recruitment focused with added elements of HR Administration including - inbox management and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will be presently working in an entry level Sales, Recruitment, or HR role or a Graduate with a desire to progress within Human Resources.

The company itself is a privately owned rapidly expanding healthcare organization who have PE (private equity) investment and are currently on an aggressive growth plan via acquisition and advancement of their product offering.

Based from Manchester head office just off the M56 you will oversee the full recruitment life cycle from, liaising with hiring managers on roles, writing adverts & posting them on various platforms, offer letters and pre employment checks.

With a current headcount of 100 this will double across 2024 therefore you can be guaranteed your role will continue to expand in line with company advancement.

What is truly fantastic about this role is you will have access to a fully funded CIPD Qualification and on the go training from the People Manager & HR Advisor.
