**New Opportunity – HR Assistant**

Venn Group are working with one of London’s leading social housing providers, who are looking to recruit an HR Assistant to start as soon as possible.

The successful HR Assistant will be joining a dynamic and growing organisation, and will have the ability to execute HR Assistant responsibilities to a high standard.

Title: HR Assistant

Location: Central London

Salary: £17-£22 per hour

Hours: Full time

Contract : 12 month FTC

Duties:

  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Develop strategies that enhance employee relations
  • Ensure employees have correct pay and benefits
  • Minute take in meetings
  • Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department

Essential Skills:

  • Must have housing association experience
  • Must have knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Must have experience onboarding new starts
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience in a HR role
  • Ability to logically analyse situations and provide practical and acceptable solutions
