HR Business Partner

Prestigious UK Law Firm based in stunning new offices is seeking to hire a HR Business Partner on a 12 Month FTC to join their busy and expanding HR team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in one of the best HR teams in London!

  • Salary to £90,000
  • Hybrid working (2-3 days in the office)

You will ideally have previous HR experience gained from a recognised law firm at Business Partner level, with proven relationship management experience.

HR Business Partner Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Working with other HR Business Partner in relation to all HR matters for fee earning employees.
  • Proactively develop effective working relationships with partners, heads of business services and line managers around the firm.
  • Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and systems.
  • Leading and developing projects to support HR and wider firm strategies.
  • Carry out exit interviews for employees and oversee leaver process.
  • Produce quarterly statistics and summary exit interview feedback.
  • Along with other HR Business Partner, manage annual fee earner salary review process.
  • Along with other HR Business Partner deliver career development meetings.
  • Regularly monitoring of absence levels, analyse trends, highlight issues and concerns.

HR Business Partner Requirements:

  • Previous HR experience gained from a recognised law firm.
  • Previous experience of operating at a Business Partner level.
  • CIPD qualified.
  • Proven relationship management skills.
