Immediate Start: HR Business Partner (Temporary to FTC/Permanent potential)

Resourcing4HR are seeking an HR Business Partner to join a transformative charity, dedicated to supporting communities and fostering spaces where young people can thrive. This role offers an immediate start with the potential for FTC/Permanent contract.

As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a vital internal consultant, providing strategic business support and HR expertise in line with employee lifecycle management across all assigned business areas. This role is pivotal in shaping, developing, and delivering HR plans that align with the charity's vision, mission, and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations Focus: Offer specialist advice and guidance throughout the employee life cycle, managing complex ER issues including restructures, redundancies, and TUPE transfers.
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement HR strategies that support organisational performance.
  • Engage in workforce planning and talent management to ensure alignment with the charity’s goals.
  • Support and enhance recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining the charity's strong employer brand.
  • Lead training initiatives that enhance staff skills and compliance with organisational policies.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: Extensive HR generalist or business partnering experience within a multifaceted organisation. Prior experience in the charity or non-profit sector is desirable.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of employment law is essential. A Chartered Member of CIPD or equivalent qualification is preferred, though relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at managing sensitive issues and influencing senior leadership.
  • Aptitude: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage diverse and busy workloads effectively.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work within and respect the ethos of the charity. Commitment to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion.

This role requires a candidate who can offer high-quality HR consultancy, driving continuous improvement and contributing to a culture that aligns with the charity's values and strategic objectives.
