HR Business Partner

As an experienced HR Business Partner do you enjoy working in a busy, operational, multi-sited organisation? If so, this may just be the role for you!

2 days per week on site in Birmingham.

Up to £55k + CA + Benefits.

Working with the Director and Regional Senior Leadership Team within this division of the business as HR Business Partner you will build strong stakeholder relationships, coaching and developing Management capability, supporting Managers around Employee Relations, sickness, absence, complex cases etc as well as Engagement and other HR projects.

As an experienced HR Business Partner you will enjoy supporting operational teams on a National basis across the full range of generalist duties.
