Our client are a well known multi-site business who are leaders in their field and are constantly evolving and growing. They are looking for an experienced and credible HR Business Partner for a 6-9 month contract to join them to support the Operations population of c300 people across 68 buildings, mainly in and around London.

You will be for business partnering with the Management team in Operations in order to support them in building their people capability, planning and managing talent and developing approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives.

The Business Partner will understand the Operational requirements and challenges in order to provide full generalist HR support to all employees in the Operational departments, across multiple sites in London, Leeds and Bristol. This is an HR generalist role which will include supporting recruitment, performance management, employee relations, engagement, and wellbeing.

Experience of autonomously advising on all generalist HR matters, including ER issues, for example investigations, disciplinaries and grievances is essential.


Candidates must have experience of business partnering in a field/multi-site role and should ideally come from a retail, hospitality or equally fast paced environment/industry.
