**New Opportunity – Reward and Recognition Business Parter**

Venn Group are working with one of London’s leading social housing providers, who are looking to recruit a Rewards and Recognition Business Partner to start as soon as possible.

The successful Reward and Recognition Business Partner will be joining a dynamic and growing organisation, and will have the ability to execute Reward and Recognition Business Partner responsibilities to a high standard.

Title: Reward and Recognition Business Partner

Location: Kent

Salary: £45,000-£55,000+

Hours: Full time

Contract : 18 month FTC

Duties:

  • Review and define a competitive total compensation benefits package
  • Assess employees needs by conducting organisational surveys to identify what motivates and engages people
  • Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
  • Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practice
  • Make data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensation

Essential Skills:

  • Experience of reviewing and implementing reward strategies including pay, benefits, pensions
  • Experience in implementing changes to total reward projects that include, policy, consultation at all levels
  • Experience of using workforce analytics
  • Knowledge of local government pension schemes and personal pension schemes
  • Chartered CIPD

Desirable Skills:

  • Performance management
  • Project management
