You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organisation adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to human resources.

Job Title: HR Compliance Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Location: Reading

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR compliance policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and industry best practices
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop strategies for remediation
  • Provide guidance and support to HR staff and management on compliance-related matters
  • Design and deliver compliance training programs to ensure that employees understand their obligations and responsibilities
  • Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations and assess their potential impact on the organisation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance considerations into the business processes and decision-making
  • Investigate complaints or allegations of non-compliance and recommend appropriate actions to address issues

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified
  • Proven experience in HR compliance management
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex legal requirements and apply them to practical situations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
