WHO ARE WE?

The NSG Group is a global leader in glass manufacturing in three business areas: Architectural, Automotive and Creative Technology.

THE ROLE:

We currently have a vacancy for an HR Graduate based at our European Technical Centre at Lathom in West Lancashire, within commuting distance of Liverpool and Manchester.

You will be a key member of the UK HR Team, working in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to develop in the disciplines of generalist HR, reward and talent development.

There will be opportunities to work on multiple change projects, with exposure across international teams and business units.

This is an opportunity to work in a challenging environment and to contribute to our future strategy of 'four D’s’: Decarbonization, Digitalisation, Business Development and Diversity.

The successful candidate will be expected to work as part of multi-disciplinary teams and will require an enthusiastic and flexible attitude and be highly motivated.

After an initial period of 24 months, during which time you will have gained skills across a number of different disciplines, you will have the opportunity to take on a full-time role within the business.

Above all we want candidates to be passionate, with a desire to learn, develop themselves and make an impact.
