Are you passionate about people and eager to drive positive change within an organisation? I’m looking for an HR Manager to join a thriving software company, based in North Oxford on an initial fixed term contract (FTC) until March 2025. 

The Role
This is a great opportunity for an HR Partner to be part of a successful and growing company.  As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, from onboarding to employee engagement and strategic planning. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance.

What’s Required?
For this HR Manager position, we’re looking for candidates with:
-           Significant experience as a HR Manager role, ideally as a standalone HR Manager
-           Experience working in a growing organisation, ideally a technology company
-           Ideally CIPD level 7 qualified
-           Great attention to detail, organisation, and planning skills
-           People skills and ability to build strong relationships
