  • Salary: OTE £35,000 to £45,000 per annum (uncapped commission)
  • Location: Uxbridge, UB8 (blended home and office working)
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 per week

As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in HR, based in Uxbridge, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of businesses and careers in Hertfordshire, Slough, and West London.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, connecting top HR talent with leading organisations.
  • Engage in strategic business development through B2B sales calls and written communications.
  • Network with clients and candidates both virtually and face-to-face, building strong professional relationships.
  • Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to map out clients and candidates effectively.
  • Source and match candidates to both existing and new clients, coordinating interviews and meetings.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with clients and candidates, ensuring a win-win outcome for all parties.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Resilience and a strong drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands and deliver service excellence in a fast-paced setting.
  • Financial motivation and a clear focus on career progression.
  • A competitive nature and robust work ethic.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
