An excellent opportunity to join a team of employment lawyers and paralegals supporting a well-known PLC organisation. You will have excellent employment law experience, particularly in tribunal litigation. The role is fully remote and working in an in-house environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders in the business, making recommendations to reduce tribunal claims
  • Cases are diverse and can include Appeals, TUPE and discrimination claims
  • There may be some hearing advocacy required
  • Support and coach junior paralegals
  • Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, particularly HR colleagues

Candidate Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Employment law and litigation expert
  • Capable of managing a high volume of cases

The role is fully remote (WFH) as are the wider team. Salary is up to circa £60,000.
