This collaborative South Yorkshire based in-house pension team are looking to hire a Head of Secretariat will be responsible for leading the provision of high-quality secretariat services to the Trustees of two large, complex schemes which between them have in excess of £20bn in funds under management.

Their responsibilities will include: ensuring effective governance is in place for the Schemes; ensuring Trustee meetings are managed professionally; and ensuring the effective implementation of Trustee decisions and responsibilities.

Candidates will work on a hybrid basis of 3 days per week in the office and will possess superb communication and organisational skills. You'll need to be able to produce high quality minutes/reports and be able to manage multiple stakeholders.
