Position: Logistics & Inventory Administrator

Location: Washington

Join our Inbound Logistics & Inventory Control team in a dynamic and fast-paced role. This full-time, permanent position entails a 39-hour week on a rotating two-shift basis, with potential shifts at other sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage logistics tasks using a warehouse control system, including stock allocations, internal and external investigations, and data collection for management reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for parts control, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Prepare and provide management and customer reports, including KPIs, utilization, and throughput data.
  • Oversee the receiving schedule and assist in stock taking and annual inventory.
  • Ensure warehouse accuracy and manage static data for proper parts location.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a warehouse environment, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, with a positive attitude and the ability to handle customer interactions and internal coordination effectively.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
  • Must be able to commute or relocate to Washington, NE37 3HG.

Education & Experience:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience (preferred).
