£29000 Basic PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION (OTE £35,000 - £50,000)

Are you a hungry INBOUND SALES EXECUTIVE/ACCOUNT MANAGER, looking to work for a growing and thriving brand in the area? We are really excited to support them... We are looking for a driven and successful Sales Guru.. that enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We expect you to have a passion for sales and the ambition to develop further in this profession, with a tenacious working ethos and the ability to inject fun to working day!!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate new sales opportunities through inbound calls and emails
  • Understand and match to customer needs and requirements
  • Close sales and hit key targets and quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key targets and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior internal sales experience or Retail Sales
  • Experience in managing existing accounts, maximising opportunities and orders
  • Strong telephone presence and a tolerance for high call volumes
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to overcome objections
  • Proficient in corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills
  • Ability to work well to targets
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Driven with a resilient persona
