Are you an Injection Moulding professional with Supervisory or Leadership experience looking for a role with a globally recognised OEM where you will be responsible for your teams success and have the chance to progress your career?

In this role you will be a crucial member of this high-tech automotive production facility, responsible for a team of 30 skilled operatives. This role heavily relies on your people management skills and technical proficiency to improve team productivity. You will be responsible for performance, team KPI's, upholding quality and Health & Safety standards.

Moving from strength to strength, they are looking for a new Shift Leader/Supervisor to step up and ensure this shift runs smoothly.

This role would suit a Shift or Team Leader from an Injection Moulding background looking to be responsible for a large team and develop their career.

The Role:

• Responsible for a team of 30 operatives
• Upholding Quality, Health & Safety standards
• Ensuring KPI's are met
• Reporting to Moulding Team Manager

• Injection Moulding background
• Shift Leader, Team Leader or similar
