Job Title: Inside Sales

Location: Ipswich

Reporting to the UK Sales & Customer Service Manager, this role involves working closely with both the Internal Sales team and External Sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

- Maintain high levels of daily activities to meet KPIs, including calls and sales conversions.

- Generate new sales leads through cold calling, emails, and follow-ups.

- Understand customer needs to identify sales opportunities.

- Manage customer accounts for retention and growth.

- Ensure consistent customer contact and high service standards.

- Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively.

- Complete CRM tasks and maintain up-to-date records.

- Stay informed about market competition.

- Present and sell company products, adhering to pricing and profit guidelines.

- Occasional travel may be required.
