Client Details

An employee-centric business with their teams and shoppers/consumers at the heart of what they do, they are now looking for a Category Insights Manager to join their team. They are ideally looking for someone who wants to work part time, 3 days per week, but are open to full time.

Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities and issues to make recommendations
  • Analysing performance and marketing activity using actionable insights to make recommendations
  • Utilising secondary research sources to gather information
  • Managing relationships with 3rd parties
  • Planogram updates based on changes
  • Developing consumer and shopper insights and embedding into relevant plans
  • Utilising online customer panels

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience within a similar role in an FMCG Business is essential
  • Demonstrable experience in using continuous data sources
  • Proven experience of working with retailers
  • A strong understanding of Category and how it works within the wider functions
  • Experience in turning data into actionable insight
  • Strong presenting and influencing skills

Job Offer

A salary of up to £55,000 (pro-rata'd for part time) is on offer + benefits for the successful candidate
