A leading Social housing group is looking for a dynamic and experienced People Operations Manager to provide day to day operational supervision of the HR function.
As People Operations Manager, you'll lead the charge in overseeing day-to-day HR operations, serving as the go-to for all things related to employee lifecycle management. Your goal? To ensure seamless processes, foster a positive work environment, and mitigate risks along the way.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Lead and mentor our People Business Partners and team to deliver top-notch people
services that are both proactive and effective.

Serve as the expert in employee relations, providing guidance and support to resolve issues fairly and consistently, while minimizing risk.

Provide invaluable advice and support to stakeholders on everything from recruitment to development, ensuring alignment with our values.

Act as the guardian of fairness and consistency in applying people policies and practices, offering insights on complex legal matters.

Spearhead initiatives to boost engagement and performance, crafting strategic people plans to drive success.

Oversee our recruitment efforts, ensuring adherence to our EDI goals, budget considerations, and organizational values.

Keep our People & Culture policies up-to-date with legal requirements and industry best practices.

Monitor service delivery and workforce data to identify trends and enhance our offerings.

Support change management efforts that align with our culture and objectives during integration.

Exemplify our organization's culture, values, and behaviors, serving as a role model for all.

Standard Responsibilities:

Adhere to Network values, policies, and regulatory frameworks, including our Code of Conduct, Health & Safety guidelines, Data Protection protocols, and HR policies and procedures.
