Inventory Coordinator - Neath

Looking for a role that will challenge you and help you grow professionally? Look no further! We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as an Inventory Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with our Production Manager, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure that our inventory is accurate, orders are placed on time, and products are dispatched efficiently to our clients.

As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our storerooms, handling goods in and out, and raising purchase orders. You will need to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Duties:

  • Liaise with couriers to arrange the despatch of stock.
  • Updating stock system to ensure accuracy of despatch records.
  • Support stock checks across all locations
  • Raising purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Liasing with suppliers for quotes, prices, and lead times.
  • Supplier query management.
  • Assisting the implementation of new ERP/MRP system.
