IT Support Engineer

Position: Onsite IT Support Engineer

Location: West London, Fulham area

Salary: £31,000, 30 days holiday + excellent benefits

We are seeking TWO talented Onsite IT Technician to join our team in West London. As an integral part of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• 1st and 2nd Line IT Support to all end users
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, both independently and as part of a team.
• Collaborate with other IT staff to implement and maintain IT security measures.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment for meetings and events.
• Document technical procedures and provide user training as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office suites.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange Server, and other IT infrastructure systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
