IT Support Technician - London - GBP £28,000 (Onsite)
My client is one of the UK's foremost IT Companies and is in the midst of company growth! They are seeking a competent IT Support Technician to join their team to be based at one educational site. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and troubleshooting services for desktops, servers, and software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously develop knowledge and skills, particularly in portal development, to prepare for future projects and progression opportunities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for the user base, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and business applications.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for IT systems used by users, addressing various IT problems.
- Work closely with the IT Team remotely to provide support
The ideal candidate will have/be able to:
- Previous Helpdesk Experience (Telephone/Email/Face-to-Face Support)
- 2 years of relevant experience or technical support
- Basic Networking Knowledge - LAN/WAN
- Office 365
- Excellent communication skills and team player
- Be decisive and have the passion to problem-solve
- Strong customer/client service
- Hardware Setups - Laptops, PCs, Macs, and Mobiles for End Users
- Proficient with Windows 10/11
