The ideal candidate will have commercial experience working in IT Support and a keen interest in expanding their data visualisation knowledge within a commercial environment.

Salary Progression: Up to £28,000 after completion of PowerBI qualifications.
What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive IT systems, software, and hardware maintenance and support to clients and internal teams.
- Undertake systems administration tasks to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage, maintain, and support software and hardware infrastructure.
- Analyze data and generate insightful company reports to drive informed decision-making.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Configure and operate the order processing system (Mintsoft) for both new and existing clients.
- Set up clients with customer service software systems, infrastructure, and hardware for smooth onboarding

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional manner when contacting Customers by Microsoft Teams, Phone and Email.
- Self-Motivator
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience in understanding complex software systems, including troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
- Strong analytical mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail
