Core responsibilities will typically include:

  • Help monitor the investment portfolio by maintaining the trade capture and performance systems.
  • To produce reporting as needed for the end client, investment team, and other internal team members.
  • Be an active part of the investment team and contribute to investment research through idea generation, initial and on-going due diligence, and portfolio and performance analysis.
  • Assist to improve processes and to be conscious of both operational and investments risks.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Strong investment operations experience (back office).
  • Educated to a Degree standard (or equivalent) in numerical or financial discipline.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage own workload and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrable interest in financial markets.
  • Very keen to learn.

Ideal:

  • Working towards CFA.
  • Experience gained in both investment and investment operations (front and back office).
