Junior Recruitment Consultant £27,000 – £30,000 – OTE 35,000 Year 1

GotPeople is looking to add a Junior Recruitment Consultant to our team based in Watford. Your role would be to assist across all divisions in the business whilst learning and developing yourself in the recruitment industry. You will be working and learning with a team of very strong and committed senior recruiters under the direction of a successful Managing Director.

We are seeking someone with an upbeat personality who can communicate at all levels and is keen to learn and develop in the industry. An excellent telephone manner and a willingness to work individually and as part of a solid existing team are essential. It would be best if you were organised, focused and driven, and as we have a lot of face-to-face contact with our clients, you would ideally hold a driving licence.

Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on experience; commission is paid and uncapped.
