A fantastic business is seeking a Lead Generation/Telesales Executive to perform effective and confident outbound sales calls in their lively and colourful office on a full time, permanent basis working Monday to Friday.Based in their Aston offices (option to WFH weekly),you will need to have an assertive telephone manner with the ability to handle a high volume of calls and a resilient approach to work. The ideal candidate will ideally have a proven track recordof achieving and going above their KPI’s through showing their positive and bubbly personality.

The successful Telesales Agent will be expected to:

  • Cold calling of perspective clients

  • Booking appointments for Account Managers

  • Researching and gathering leads

  • Collect relevant data and input the information on the system

  • Convert leads

  • Make outbound calls proactively and enthusiastically

  • Work well within the vibrant team environment

The ideal applicant will possesstelephone-based customer service experience and preferably some sales exposure. You will ideally possess prior commercial experience and demonstrate an ability to work within a fast-paced environment and have a strong resilience. An ability to work towards KPI’s and work within an evolving environment is key for this role.
