Reed's reputable client are seeking a dedicated Legal Admin to join their busy conveyancing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support our legal operations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Transcribe and proofread legal documents to ensure accuracy.
  • File, organise, scan, copy, and fax legal documents in a timely manner.
  • Schedule meetings, maintaining an organised calendar.
  • Organise solicitor schedules, including travel arrangements and meetings.
  • Process invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  • Communicate with clients over the phone and in person, providing excellent customer service.
  • File documents with the court ahead of deadlines, ensuring compliance with legal procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role within a legal setting.
  • Familiarity with legal documents and terminology.
  • Proficient in the use of office equipment and software (e.g., scanners, copiers, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Discretion with confidential information.
