Salary - up to £30,000 (Depending on experience)

Monday - Friday 08:45am - 6pm

Our client is looking for a Letting Progressor to join their Market leading incredibly busy office in Epsom. Supporting the clients through the lettings process whilst providing guidance and support with the upmost professionalism. The ideal candidate will be well presented, dynamic and driven. You must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.

Duties will include:

• Taking deposits
• Filing & making all references
• Handling hand overs
• Updating systems
• Making arrangements for cleaning

Candidate must be/have:

• Well presented and have excellent communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Great understanding of the lettings industry
• Confident and articulate
• Able to work on own initiative
• Reliable and trustworthy
