Job Title: Full-Time Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Kenilworth, UK
Duration: ASAP until the end of the academic year

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant educational community in Kenilworth. This is a full-time position, starting immediately and continuing until the end of the academic year.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the learning and development of students across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).

This role will be based within a supportive educational environment, where your expertise and passion for education will be valued and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to individual students, including those with special educational needs (SEN), to ensure their academic and personal development.
Assist the class teacher in implementing effective teaching strategies and promoting an inclusive learning environment.
Support the delivery of differentiated learning activities to meet the diverse needs of students.
Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers to facilitate open communication and collaboration.
Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning resources and activities, under the guidance of the class teacher.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements
Uphold the school's safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring the welfare and safety of all students at all times.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge within the educational field.

Requirements:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential).
Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably within a primary school setting.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents/carers.
Adaptability and flexibility to work across different year groups and support various learning needs.
A genuine passion for education and a commitment to promoting the holistic development of all students.
